Crab-Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 hard-cooked eggs
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimientos, drained
Preparation

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with a fork.
Add crabmeat and next 4 ingredients, stirring well.
Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.
Garnish with pimiento slices and fresh parsley sprigs.
