Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Combine eggs and milk.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to egg mixture; beat smooth with rotary beater.
In 8-inch skillet, heat cooking oil to 360\u00b0.
Release batter into hot oil, using a funnel, making a spiral shape.
Fry until golden, about 3 minutes.
Turn, using wide spatula and tongs.
Cook 1 minute more.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
Makes 4 cakes.
