Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 bottle red food coloring
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, beating well after each egg. Sift dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
    Add food coloring to cake mixture.
    Alternately add buttermilk and flour mixture, starting with milk and ending with flour.
    Add vanilla and vinegar and beat.
    Pour into three greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
