Italian Gnocchi(Potato Dumplings, Little Ears) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
Preparation

To mashed potatoes, add milk and margarine.
Sift flour and add to the potatoes.
Then add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well and shape into little balls with your fingers.
(They will look like little ears.)
Boil water and drop gnocchi in.
Boil 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve with Italian sauce or with a meat dish.
