Cabbage With Caraway - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 Tbsp. minced or fresh parsley
    1/2 c. chicken bouillon stock
    caraway seed
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Slice cabbage into wedges 1 1/2-inches thick.
    Melt margarine in large skillet; add in cabbage, sugar, parsley, pepper and bouillon stock.
    Cover and cook for 12 minutes, basting with pan juices several times.
    One minute before done, sprinkle with caraway seed. Remove cabbage to serving dish.
    Makes about 6 servings.
