Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. frozen tortellini
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper
    Butter or Boston lettuce
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    3 oz. dry salami
    1 red pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook tortellini; drain and rinse with cold water.
    Cut salami in strips.
    Quarter and seed red pepper; cut into thin strips.
    In large bowl, mix vinegar, basil, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic. Using a whisk, beat in oil until well blended.
    Lightly mix tortellini, parsley, salami, pepper and cheese. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Serves 4 to 6.
