Chicken Breast In Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt
    pepper
    3/4 c. whipping cream
    grated Parmesan cheese
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute chicken in butter until done through center.
    Remove chicken to broiler proof platter.
    Pour wine into frying pan.
    Add lemon peel and juice.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add salt and pepper to chicken.
    Turn down heat.
    Add slowly, cream to wine lemon mixture; stir constantly.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
    In separate pan, fry mushrooms (fresh) in butter.
    Add to chicken. Dot each breast with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve with wild rice.
