Pork Chops Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    vegetable oil
    seasoned salt
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can French fried onions (Durkee)
Preparation
    Brown chops in slightly greased skillet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Stir potatoes, 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 can of onions with soup mixture; mix all together.
    Spoon mixture into a 4 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Arrange chops over mixture.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes longer, uncovered.
