Breakfast Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs, beaten
    2 c. cheese (Velveeta, Swiss, yellow or a mixture)
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 to 2 c. cut up ham
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. half and half
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spread oleo in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Shred cheese.
    Mix all other ingredients together and pour in pan.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
