Microwave Potato Salad Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. olive ol
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. dill pickle, chopped
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In 1-quart casserole place 1 tablespoon olive oil and chopped green onions, including some of green top.
    Microwave on High 1 to 3 minutes, until bright green.
    Stir in 1/2 cup olive oil, cider vinegar, chopped dill pickle, dill weed, salt and pepper.
