Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) cut-up frying chicken, skinned
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange chicken pieces, skinned side up, in a 12 x 8-inch (2-quart) baking dish.
    Place onion slices on chicken.
    Pour salsa over chicken.
