Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    scant tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips (put aside for topping)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except crushed chips.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven. Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle crushed chips over top.
    Bake 30 minutes longer.
    Makes a large casserole.
    Can be frozen.
