Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon (more if you want)
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
2 slightly beaten eggs
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp and crumble; drain.
Stir-fry onion in bacon drippings for 2 minutes.
Add rice and stir-fry 7 to 8 minutes.
Add soy sauce, water and bacon.
Reduce heat.
Pour eggs on top of rice; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are cooked.
