Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well; pour into 2 well-greased, floured cake pans.
Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
