Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef or ground chuck
2 lb. diced onion
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. chili powder
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. hot sauce (if you like it hot)

Preparation

First brown ground beef and drain.
Add onion and cook.
Add 1 cup water and let simmer about 15 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and cook until done.
Cook slow and stir or it may stick.
