Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 small can crab meat
    1 can small shrimp
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can Italian croutons
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0.
    Add croutons last 10 minutes of baking.
