Passover Rolls * - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 c. matzoh meal
 
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
Preparation
- 
                            Combine meal, salt and sugar and set aside.
 
Bring water and oil to boil and add to dry ingredients, mixing well.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Let mixture stand 15 minutes.
Shape into 8 to 12 balls.
With oiled hands, place on cookie sheet and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
