Biscotti (Italian Breakfast Cookie)(Makes 3 Dozen Biscuits) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. anise or vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time, until fluffy.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl, then stir into butter mixture until thoroughly mixed.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir.
