Skillet Chicken For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler-fryer chicken breast halves
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1 Tbsp. golden Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In nonstick frypan, place butter.
    Melt over medium-high temperature.
    Add chicken.
    Cook, turning about 5 minutes or until brown on all sides.
    Add onion and cook about 2 minutes more.
    Add tomato, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer about 20 minutes more or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
    Serve with florentine rice.
    Makes 2 servings.
