Baked Red Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red snapper fillets
    1 medium onion, sliced
    dash of pepper
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. white wine
    toasted almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Lay onion slices on greased flat casserole dish.
    Place fillets on top.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour oil and wine over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 (preheated) in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
    Top with toasted almonds. Serves 3 to 4.
    Serve lemon slices on side.
