Anne'S Sausage Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, drained
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese *
Preparation
    *Or 1/2 pound Mexican Velveeta and 1 1/2 pounds regular Velveeta can be substituted.
