Wild Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8-inch) baked pie shell
1 heaping qt. wild strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Place half of the strawberries in cooled baked pie shell.
With remaining strawberries, combine the sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and becomes clear.
Pour over the strawberries in the pie shell and chill. Serve cold with dollops of whipped cream.
