Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Beef brisket
    1 head of cabbage
    1/2 bag frozen carrots
    1 onion
    4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
Preparation
    Put the beef in a large boiler and then cover 3/4 of the meat with water.
    Add the seasoning that comes with the meat.
    Cook on medium heat for 2 hours.
    Then add veggies.
    Cook until vegetables are tender; about 30 minutes.
