Ingredients

2 to 3 pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. whole cranberry sauce (1 can)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple plus juice
Preparation

Blend mayonnaise and sugar in softened cream cheese. Fold in cranberry sauce. Add crushed pineapple and nuts. Add Cool Whip. Freeze at least 6 hours or overnight in a mold or an 8 x 8 pan. Serves 8 to 10.
