Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cream the Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Beat in flour.
    Chill dough for 1 hour.
    Roll in small balls and roll dough in 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cookies will puff up and not look exactly done at this time, but they will fall and be a moist, chewy cookie.
