Christmas Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburg
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
1 c. bread crumbs
1 small onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. can cranberry sauce
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Mix first 7 ingredients and shape into small meatballs (approximately 28 to 30).
Brown evenly.
Stir until dissolved the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice.
Add meatballs and simmer 1 hour.
Delicious anytime of the year!
