Traditional Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 eggs (room temperature), separated
    7/8 to 1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    lemon or orange rind, grated
    1 Tbsp. lemon or orange juice
    1/2 c. sifted sugar
Preparation
    Line 1 loaf pan with wax paper or cookie tin (to use for a jelly roll).
