Okra, Corn And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped (or more to taste)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 tomatoes (or more), peeled, quartered and seeds removed
    2 c. sliced fresh okra
    2 c. fresh corn, cut off the cob
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion in butter.
    Add tomatoes and cook about 10 minutes.
    Add layer of okra, then layer of corn.
    Do not stir at this point.
    Cover with lid and cook about 20 minutes.
    Remove lid and stir.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Serve.
    Yields 3 to 4 servings.
