"Pot Roast" Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. ketchup or chili sauce
    3 medium potatoes, sliced
    3 medium onions, sliced
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix beef, milk, crumbs, ketchup, sauce, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf.
    Place in center of pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Place vegetables in layers around meat.
    Sprinkle each layer with parsley flakes.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
    (Cover tightly with foil before cooking.)
    Uncover and brown meat.
