June'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    2 carrots
    2 sticks celery
    1 onion
    8 to 10 slices bread
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. broth
    1 egg
    3/4 c. butter
    2 slices cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken (do not add salt to water).
    Cool and debone. Grate or dice carrots, celery and onion.
    Boil until soft.
    Beat egg.
    Mix with drained carrots, celery and onion.
    Melt butter and cube bread.
    Mix all ingredients except chicken.
    Mix 1 cup broth (made from cooking chicken) with soup.
    (If you don't have enough broth to make 1 cup, add juice from boiling carrots.)
