Amazing Apple Cake(Apple Cake Squares) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine, softened
4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 eggs (room temperature)
2 tsp. baking powder
5 to 6 apples
2 Tbsp. sugar to sprinkle on apples
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
raisins, nuts and other fruits (optional)

Preparation

Mix butter or margarine with sugar.
Add eggs one at a time. Mix flour and baking powder with eggs and butter mixture.
Divide dough in half.
Roll one half onto cookie sheet.
Slice apples. Place onto dough and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Add raisins and nuts.
Roll other half of dough on aluminum foil to fit on top of cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until brown.
