Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. lime juice
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine egg yolks with milk and mix well.
Add lime juice a little at a time and stir until filling is smooth and creamy. Pour into the crust and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Chill.
Just before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with a twist of lime.
