Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. finely grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Soften cream cheese.
Add rest of ingredients, except pecans. Mix together.
Chill enough to shape into 2 balls or logs.
Roll in chopped pecans.
