Pot Roast Of Beef(Slow Cooker) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    2 to 3 potatoes
    2 to 3 carrots
    1 to 2 onions
    1/2 c. water or beef broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put half of vegetables on bottom.
    Salt and pepper meat and put in crock-pot.
    Add rest of vegetables and liquid.
    Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
