Stuffed Hamburgers(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    salt
    pepper
    filling (follows)
Preparation
    Shape beef into 8 thin patties.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place selected filling over 4 patties and top with other 4 patties.
    Seal fillings inside by pinching firmly around edges. Put into microwave dish; cover with wax paper and microwave at High 7 to 9 minutes.
    Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes.
