Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large heads cauliflower in small bite size pieces
    grated onion
    1/2 green pepper, diced small
    shredded carrot (just enough to add color to salad)
    1/2 c. Bac*Os or 1 lb. crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Layer in order given and sprinkle with Bac*Os or bacon.
    When ready to serve, put on a bed of lettuce.
