Saganaki(Fried Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Kasseri cheese, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    3 tsp. brandy
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Heat butter in a large frying pan until melted and foam has subsided.
    Beat egg and flour together.
    Dip cheese slices in egg mixture and fry until well browned on both sides.
    Pour brandy over
    the
    cheese
    in
    the skillet and ignite.
    Squeeze lemon juice over the cheese until flame subsides.
