Snake Alley Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. uncooked spaghetti noodles
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    3/4 c. chopped entire green onions
    1/2 lb. cooked baby shrimp
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti.
    Drain.
    Keep warm.
    Combine soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch and 1 cup water.
    Set aside.
    Cook pork with ginger, garlic and red pepper.
    Add green onions.
    Stir-fry 1 minute.
    Add soy sauce mixture.
    Cook and stir until boils and thickens.
    Add shrimp.
    Heat.
    Toss over noodles.
