Luscious Lemon Creme Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. ReaLemon juice
1 c. whipped cream
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a bowl beat eggs and add 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice. Beat together.
In a saucepan put 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water.
Cook until thick.
Remove from heat.
Beat in egg mixture.
Cook on low heat.
Stir until slightly thickened.
Add vanilla and cool completely.
Fold in whipped cream.
Serve with fresh fruit.
Refrigerate.
