Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
8 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
6 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk
2 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
2 Tbsp. sugar (per egg white)
Preparation

Add milk to flour, cocoa and sugar and stir. Beat egg yolks. Add 1/2 cup milk, then 2 cups milk. Beat all ingredients together. Cook over double boiler. Stir until thick. Add margarine and vanilla. Use egg whites and make meringue. Beat with sugar until stiff. Put pudding in souffle dish and add meringue. Bake at 300\u00b0 until meringue is done.
