Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. carrots
1 stick oleo
1 medium onion
1/2 lb. Velveeta
bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook carrots and drain. Pour 1/2 of the carrots into a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Dice 1/2 of the Velveeta over the top.
Repeat with carrots and cheese. Melt butter and saute onions until tender. Pour over carrots. Spread bread crumbs over the top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
