Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 to 3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    lemon or vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cook rice in salted water.
    Set aside to cool.
    Mix in casserole dish sugar, flour and cooking oil.
    Beat eggs and mix with other ingredients.
    Add cooked rice and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add flavoring.
    Set casserole in pan of water and bake in 400\u00b0 oven until brown and then at 300\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes.
