Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo
dash of salt
1 c. shelled peanuts
1 level tsp. soda
Preparation
-
Combine first 4 ingredients
in large heavy pot.
Cook and stir until liquid turns light beige and peanuts start to pop. Remove from heat.
Add soda; stir well.
Pour over buttered plate or as thin as possible.
