Garlic Shrimp And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
juice of 1 lime
salt and black pepper
Preparation

Heat butter and oil in medium skillet or wok over medium heat. Add onions and bell pepper.
Stir-fry 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add shrimp and garlic; stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque.
Stir in lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
