Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (19 oz.) can chickpeas
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2/3 c. yogurt
    2 cloves garlic, peeled
    juice of 1 fresh lemon
    salt and fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Put chickpeas into food processor along with the olive oil, yogurt, garlic and lemon juice.
    Blend until smooth.
    If you want it a little thinner, blend in chicken stock at this time.
    Add pepper to taste.
    Serve with pita bread, cut into triangles and toasted.
    Akmak crackers are special with this also.
