Mound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. sugar
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut
    1 (2-layer) pkg. devil's food cake mix
Preparation
    Combine sour cream and sugar in bowl; mix well.
    Stir in coconut.
    Chill overnight.
    Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions, using two 8-inch cake pans.
    Split each layer into 2 layers.
    Spread coconut mixture between layers and over top of cake.
