Cowboy Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium roast
1/2 to 1 lb. pinto beans
1 can green chilies
4 to 6 c. water (enough to cover roast)
1 large chopped onion
garlic to taste
dried mustard to taste
seasoning salt to taste
pepper to taste
chili peppers to taste
Preparation

Brown all sides of roast.
Cover with water and add pinto beans (enough to fill in around roast).
Add green chilies.
Season to taste with dried mustard, seasoned salt, pepper and chili peppers. Cover and simmer 6 to 8 hours or all day.
