Lenora'S Quick Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bacon drippings
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 box Minute rice
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz. size)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt 1/4 cup of bacon drippings in saucepan.
    Add sliced onion, green pepper and Minute rice.
    Stir over high heat until lightly browned.
    Add the tomato sauce.
    Mix mustard, pepper and salt with 1 1/2 cups of hot water and add to saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
