Oat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oats
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. butter or oil
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix oats and buttermilk.
    Let set overnight.
    Add to oats and buttermilk, egg, oil, brown sugar, nuts and raisins.
    In separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, soda, and salt.
    Fold into wet mixture until dry ingredients are just moistened.
    Pour into greased muffin tin (12).
    Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
