Green Tomato Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gallon green tomatoes, quartered
2 quarts onions, sliced
1 quart hot pepper or 1 pint jalapenos, chopped
2 quarts vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 c. salt
Preparation

Bring to a boil, but DO NOT boil.
Place in jars and seal.
